Free Shipping

StudioTech covers ground shipping charges within the 48 contiguous United States for orders over $100. This offer applies to regularly priced, non-discounted products only. In addition we ship our wood sample kits free of charge.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges will be applied to orders under $100 and orders for discounted items. You can calculate the shipping charges on items you have placed in the shopping cart at any time. Click the “View Cart” link in the navigation menu on your left. This will take you to the shopping cart area, where you will see a list of items currently in your cart. Just enter your zip code in the box provided, click "Calculate," and any shipping charges will be displayed.

Shipping Method

Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Due to their bulk and weight, some orders have to ship via palletized freight with a common carrier.

This is always the case with orders containing the following products:

• U-22T
• U-60
• E-1
• R-22
• HF-33
• PS-33

In addition, orders that combine multiple items often ship via pallet freight. Your shipping confirmation email will tell you which method we are using for your order.

Ship Date

Orders received before 10.30 a.m. PST ship out by the following business day. Orders received after 10.30 a.m. PST ship out within two business days. Delays may be expected in the event that a product is currently out of stock. We strive to keep all products in stock so as to keep "back orders" to a minimum.

Transit Time

We ship out of Southern California. You can see the approximate transit time to your location on the Freight Zone Map.

The map is based on FedEx's standard delivery schedule. If your order is shipped via palletized freight, it will typically take 1 - 2 business days longer to reach the freight hub in your local area. Deliveries from there will only be made with an advance appointment, so the actual delivery date depends on arrangements you make with the freight company.

Expedited Shipping

Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day services are available by request in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout. Shipping charges will be applied to orders for expedited shipments; please call us at 1-800-887-8834 to inquire about the cost to your location.

Delivery

Pallet freight companies do not make deliveries without an advance appointment. Please make sure to include your contact phone number when you place your order; otherwise your delivery may be delayed.

Deliveries are made door-to-door. This means that the product will be brought to your garage or front door, but due to insurance and liability concerns the driver will not enter your house. In-Home Delivery is available for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.

Assembly

All of our products ship flat and require assembly. If requested we will arrange for a professional service to assemble the furniture in your home. Additional fees apply for this service. Please inquire for details.
